Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Our policies apply universally to all products you purchase from us. We're thrilled to announce that regardless of your location, our policies are in effect for every purchase made from anywhere across the globe. Shopping with us means you're always supported, no matter your corner of the world!

Returns

Eligibility: Products that are new or slightly used, in their original condition and packaging, can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Defective Products: If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, or if we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Products: Returns of non-defective items that are as described will be accepted, but a restocking fee of 25% of the total order amount will be charged. The return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using our standard return process. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange.

Order Processing and Cancellations

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before the cutoff time (02:00 PM EST) typically begin processing on the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time usually start being processed the next business day.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled without a restocking fee before the cutoff time. This ensures that the cancellation can be processed before the order starts its processing phase.
  • After the cutoff time, the order may have already begun processing, making cancellation more complex or not feasible. In such cases, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order amount will be applied.

Shipping Instructions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Method: Use an insured and trackable mail service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Label: Download and print the return and exchange label from our website and attach it to your package.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and take a look at your returned item at our warehouse, we'll get your refund sorted out within 5-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: We keep things simple – your refund will be credited back to the same card you used to make the purchase. It's our way of making the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
